Excellent Tours has been our shuttle bus provider for several years and they have always been on time (but usually early!), friendly, accommodating of changes, and best of all – they are independent in that no one from our office has to hold their hand or constantly supervise them – a huge plus when we are super busy! We have used them for many events, often with different pick-up/drop-off points, and they always get it right.
